Saturday, the clock is ticking…

Roll the dice and decision made.

images (33)Yep, it’s that time for me.   I will officially be old next year and Uncle Sam says I must make this decision during the open enrollment time…now.

Yesterday I spent a lot of time on the computer getting confused information.  I think I have made a decision on whether  to take the “Original Medicare” plan or to go with a “Medicare Advantage” plan.

But then maybe I really haven’t.

Think I’ll shuffle the cards again.

Today, I think I will make a decision tomorrow…or the next day…or next week…
I’ve got some official middle age left before I really have to put my cards on the table.
Just not as much  as my ditzy self wants.

  1. Yep, now’s the time to start. I vaguely remember all the decisions I had to make when I decided I was all grown up (except I’m not really). Take your time and if you need to understand something better, get good help. And, happy birthday.

  2. I say, live in the day. You’ll make a decision but in the meantime, pet Teddy, ride your bike, and post more quotes since you’re so masterful at finding them. Happy Birthday by the way.

    1. Thanks for the birthday wishes. Birthday is in March but as with all things government you must hurry and get stuff done so they can have lots of time to figure out if you did it right after confusing you no end.

  3. I am thinking I would love to sit down & play some cards with you all, What should be play? oh I think many things could be figured out in a matter of hours just playing cards what about you shall we deal you in?? Happy Saturday ~Janice~

  4. If you’re in the market for supplemental insurance . . . check out United Healthcare. Mom has it and it seems reasonable with good coverage.

    Best of luck.

  5. I will be there before too long, myself. But I refuse to worry about it now!
I got a snort from your definition of oxymoron!

    1. I’m not worried but need to get it done and I am a procrastinator when it comes to stuff like this.

    1. It is great to have choices and options but when they all sound pretty much alike it is hard to decipher the teeny tiny differences.

    1. I have decided–a decision will be made by the 20th of this month! Let the cards fall where they will…

    1. I may be over thinking the whole thing. Might be best to just throw a dart and go with what gets hit.

    1. It would be ok if there weren’t so many different choices (that are practically identical) to make. Oxymoron=government
