  1. I am new to your blog and found it via “Pilgrim’s Moon”… I love it and I really love Teddy’s blog, have 2 wonderful cats myself.

What I am thinking today? Well, most of my waking hours and most of my thoughts are concentrated on how and when I can be so lucky to find a job. Just anything that can be a start, so that I don’t have to worry so much about losing my home. Because that is going to be a reality, once my benefits expire in about 10 months.

Like you people here, I too love my home and feel safe here. After my benefits expire I will no longer be able to pay the rent or any other bills, and have nowhere else to go.

I wish I could say that I am happy and am thinking about how to make a difference for the good of others, but the truth is that I am constantly, all the time deeply deeply worried about losing my home if I do not find a job.

Thank you for a lovely blog.

    1. Toolah, I am happy that you found my “Place”. I will pray for you will have peace while you are looking for a job…and of course for a job! There have been a couple of times I have been out of work and it is difficult not to get into the worry cycle. Try to be positive and if possible do some volunteer work. You will feel better and who knows a job may find you!

  2. I love your site. It’s simple, educational. Teddy is a real draw at the top of the page. He’s the color of slate with two eyes of blue peeking up at you.

Never heard of that word before but I do like coming home. I feel safe and sound, grounded and protected ready to rest and recharge before going back into the world. Thanks.
