Blanks and blankety-blanks…

Hilary at Feeling Beachie didn’t have to work on this weeks statements.
They all came from Elizabeth at Silver’s Reviews.

  1. Living in the South makes me a transplanted Yankee.
  2. Wondering what will happen always makes me crazy.
  3. Looking back I would have been truer to myself.
  4. Listening to CD’s of soft music and nature sounds make me feel calm and relaxed.

This week I am celebrating that I rarely am so sick that I need a doctor.

That being said, I have been to the doctor twice in two weeks. I wasn’t really sick but did need an antibiotic for a stubborn infection. The infection is gone but the antibiotic caused some problems so I had to get another prescription to counteract the first. Then I had to get a third prescription to counteract the second that was counteracting the first. I am still red, bumpy, and itchy.  I am not getting a fourth prescription.  I will get better on my own or scratch myself to death.  Anyway, I am happy that I usually only see the doctor once a year.

  1. I like nature sounds, too. And I do not like visiting doctors. Sorry to hear about your itchy reaction. My son had a reaction like that to an antibiotic and he was miserable. I had to give him round-the-clock Benadryl for several days. I hope yours goes away soon.

  2. I react to drugs like that, too. I go to the doctor when I must. Sometimes I must, but not often. I’m glad of that, too. I hope you are feeling better soon and all the itching stops. Blessings to you, Patricia…

  3. Oh no, that infection along with the reactions sounds really bad. I can relate, a little, as I needed to take antibiotics for lyme last year and, let’s just say, those drugs are no fun for the body. Good luck getting rid of whatever it is!

    1. The stuff people take for Lyme’s is potent! Most antibiotics cause me some distress but I have never had reactions to the antidotes. At least the infection is gone.
