Celebrate the Small Things · Friday Four Fill-in Fun

Time and thanks…

Hilary at Feeling Beachie and Obi at Eloquent Rambles
have four statements to complete.

Here I go

  1. I just can’t seem to get everything done and it is driving me crazy.
  2. This time of year is beautiful.
  3. If I could I would go back in time, stay in school, and become a radiologist.
  4. Reading makes me lose track of time.

My fill in’s seem to be all about

To day I celebrate the small things that are big things to me.

I don’t drive so I rely on friends to take me to work and home again
and everyday someone is always willing to take the time to do this for me.
I have the best friends!

The days are shorter and getting cooler.
The trees are changing color and leaves are falling.
Everything is so beautiful.

I love reading and can’t imagine what it would be like if I couldn’t.
I am thankful for the teachers who taught me to love books
even though I didn’t like school.

    1. It is a joy to lose oneself in a story. As for going back to school…I would be almost eighty before I would have a license to be a radiologist. So, that ship has sailed.

    1. I know people that haven’t read a book in years. Cannot image not having a book to read. But then I have no interest in participating in sports….everyone has different needs to make life good.

  1. I can so lose track of time when I am reading a good book! And I am often in the tub – so that’s not really a good thing. I come out rather wrinkled. LOL
I just finished reading Gone Girl — and I found that one a bit of a tough read. Definitely going to pick something a bit lighter next.

    1. I have never read in the tub! Doesn’t the water get cold? I read Gone Girl and liked it but it was not a warm fuzzy read. I am looking forward to seeing the movie…when Netflix has it.
