- Real sugar is the secret to really good sweet ice tea.
Today, I Celebrate the Small Things
I am working on the more muscle and less fat thing.
I won’t say I am working hard, but I am doing a bit of exercising
which is a lot more than I was doing.
I am celebrating that we have a small fitness center here where I live
that makes it more convenient and harder to find an excuse not to exercise.
Although, I am pretty good at procrastinating.

I hate the dentist too!
Poor dentists of the world. Really it isn’t the person we hate just their occupation.
A little bit of exercise is better than none.
True, but i am closer to none than a little. 😉
I have extreme claustrophobia, but never felt trapped at the dentist.
Regifting always seemedrisky. I would be afraid of huting or disrespecting someone. Except for hugs!
I love sweet tea!
Have a great weekend! ☺
I am not terribly claustrophobic but when I get to the dentist it hits full force. I think maybe it is because dental appointments as a kid only happened if there was pain that over the counter meds couldn’t help. The delay in treatment made for some extensive
time in that chair. I handle the appointments much better now but I still really don’t like going.
