I don’t know the name of these trees
but they are everywhere in the city.
They get so many flowers that you
can’t see many leaves.
When the flowers fade and fall
it looks like it snowed.

Are they a kind of Crepe Myrtle tree? Maybe if you Google your town, it will tell you what kind of trees are planted everywhere. 🙂
No, not Crape Myrle. I am not sure they are trees. I think they are bushes or shrubs that are pruned and shaped to look like trees.
I have no idea what they’re called either, but they look good and that’s most important. 😀
I agree. Maybe someday I will find out what they are.
How very beautiful, your area is lush with greenery and blossoms this time of year, I bet the air smells heavenly!
It does smell good. When the Carolina jasmine blooms it is heaven! I will post pictures when it blooms…unfortunately, I don’t smell-ternet so you will only get to experience part of its beauty.
This is so nice. I can image it. Thanks, Patricia.
They are wonderful trees. Have green leaves in winter, white flowers in spring and green leaves with red undersides in late summer and early fall.
