Z = zip, zinger, zapped…

April2016

Have you noticed how fast April Z2016ipped by?

I have.
Seems we just started the
2016 A to Z Challenge
but here it is April 30th
the last day of the month!

This is the sixth year I have participated
in the A to Z Challenge.
Every year has been challenging
but also fun and rewarding.
I have had fun writing my posts
and reading the posts of others.
Every year gets better with more
bloggers joining in with wonderful
diversity of subjects and themes.
Truly the month of April Z2016ips by!

This year as in the past some letters were easier than others.
Sometimes the ones I thought I would Z2016ip through
were Z2016ingers that had my brain Z2016apped.
But I persevered and have completed the Challenge.

Thank you, Arlee Bird,

for all your hard work and encouragement.
Good-bye 2016 A to Z Challenge.
I will join you again in 2017,
Lord willin’ and if the creek don’t rise.

That’s my post for the letter

  1. Relax and breathe! That’s it for another year and I have really enjoyed getting around to lots of different blogs on all kinds of subjects. I’ll be back!

    1. The A to Z is a good way to find blogs. But there are so many I like I would need more than 24 hours a day to read them.

    1. Some letters are difficult but most are fairly easy which is good for me. I am not into work when it comes to blogging just fun.

  2. Congrats to you for completing another year of outstanding posts for the A-Z! It’s always a fun challenge, and at the end it almost seems a little sad that it’s over. But we’ll be back next year to do it all again, I’m already coming up with some ideas! ;-).

    1. It is a bit sad when it is over but at the same time what I like is that it is a month and then done until next year. And there are so many different blogs! I won’t have any ideas for 2017 until February or March. Patricia’s Place is not all that organized.

    1. I got all the posts written but again behind in reading. Going to catch up tomorrow and Tuesday. A to Z is fun partly because it’s one month and then done until the next year.

  3. Excellent ending to an excellent effort. Thanks for doing this again, Patricia. Six rounds of A to Z is quite an accomplishment. Congratulations on finishing the 7th annual Challenge in 2016. Now get ready for next year!

    1. Thanks, Arlee. I am not a “get ready” sorta person. I plan a theme in advance but don’t actually write until the day before the post is due. I always say I will do them early but it just doesn’t happen. Thanks for hosting the Challenge!

  4. I did this challenge with the creek…and the river…rising. We had floods here last weekend. Hopefully the water will behave in your neck of the woods. 🙂

Have you started planning your theme for next year? I have started planning and ***hope*** to get the posts pre-written before the challenge starts. I hope that every year, but so far it hasn’t happened. Maybe 2017 will be the year.

    Have a blessed weekend!

    1. I don’t start planning until January or February and have never written anything in advance always the night before. 🙂 I have been unable to access your blog. I have tried! Please give me the url either here or email me.

      1. I can’t find your e-mail address, Patricia. I hope that my response made it to you. I sent my URL in it. In case that comment didn’t go through, here is my e-mail address (but eliminate the spaces) celticmama36 @ gmail.com
