Three Line Tales-Week 17
It was strange seeing her here at the work site, so different from the woman he had known long ago. As he watched her there was no doubt she was a hard woman, keeping the crew in line and working, seeing that the job was done right and on time. Watching her he remembered her soft and playful as she undid her long thick braid letting her hair fall around her shoulders and with a smile took him to her bed.

Lovely! This one made me smile. So often a person’s public image is different from their private one, that’s why it’s easy to judge unfairly and incorrectly. Underneath her hard-working no-nonsense exterior she just might be a romantic at heart, or a good seductress! 😉
You are right. We really don’t know a lot of the inner person even those we are intimate with. I think this story could go in many directions not just the one in my head. I think that’s what I like about this challenge you only get to tell so much and then you have to let it go and let the reader finish it.
Great take on the photo! Very nicely done 🙂
Thank you. You do know how to pick challenging photos.

Oh, my! Well…umm…well played. I cannot help but wonder what…or who…inspired it.
I do have secrets and know how to keep them…most of the time. I like that you are wondering. My work is done.
