Filling in the blanks…

Friendly Fill-Ins Week 16

  1. I wish I could think of something that someone would bring back so I could fill in catcompthese blanks with something other than what I have written here.

2. An act of kindness that I do often is taking home cooked meals to my neighbors.

 3. I still have my teddy bear from my childhood.

4.  If I didn’t have the local library to visit and borrow books from, I’d be completely lost.

  1. I love the way you think. Even when I am not able to comment, please know that I do read your posts. I have written so much in my journal, but have not been able to get it cleaned up to post. You are an inspiration for me.

Thank you for being a part of Friendly Fill-Ins. We love you guys. With Summer coming to a close, I plan to get back to my usual routine. I will be going back to Mayo Clinic this Fall, so hope to get some resolution for my health issues, too. I appreciate your patience and understanding very much. Hugs.

    1. I understand. It is sometimes hard to do all we want. I have been reading but doing little commenting myself. Only so many hours in a day. Keep me updated on the the Mayo trip so I can pray more attentively.

  2. Sometimes it is hard to come up with a fill in for the blanks! 🙂 I would like to be your neighbor, but not only for the meals. I think you would make an awesome friend! I have some of my baby dolls and Barbie dolls, they have been packed away for so long. I hope to go through that storage soon! I love libraries, I worked in both the school library and the public library while I was in high school. I would be very happy working in a book store!

    1. I often have a hard time finding something for the fill-ins. I feel kinda dull. I would love it if we lived near each other. I know we would share some wonderful conversations. Of course, I would share food with you and Papa Bear. Are there any bookstores near you? Maybe you could work for one.

  3. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Your first one cracked me up. 🙂 I would be lost without the library too because I would never be able to afford to buy all the books I read. That is so kind of you to bring meals to your neighbors. Have a great weekend!

    1. I tried for the longest time to think of something for #1 but nothing came to me. I don’t buy books because I am trying to simplify and declutter. The library is perfect…I can enjoy books for free and take them back so they don’t pile up in the apartment.
