grimalkin
noun; a cat, an old female cat, an ill-tempered old woman
This is a picture of Dolly in the prime of her life. She was a busy body, always curious about everything. Her favorite people were men who came to fix things because they had tool boxes she could check out and try to nap in. She came to live with me when she was six weeks old and died in my arms when she was a nineteen-year-old grimalkin. She was a tiny (never more than six pounds) loving cat, always young at heart and definitely a diva!

Awwwwwe. Black IS beautiful. So shiny. ❤ ❤ ❤
Her coat was very shiny like she put gloss on it. 🙂
Some friends have an outside black cat and he looks like someone brylcreemed his hair or threw oil on him. Gorgeous.
Dolly was most definitely a beautiful Diva who lived with you or a very, very long time. We cherish the memories of those friendships, our furkids are surely connected to our hearts forever. Kitties ask for so little of us and give so much in return. My life would have been much poorer without them! Was Dolly’s fur totally black? It looks like there might be a bit of white under her chin! 🙂
Dolly helped me through some rough times and gave me lots of happiness. She had a heart shaped white spot on her chest and a white bikini on her tummy and big gold eyes. A beautiful Diva!
Such a lovely picture!
Thanks. She was a beautiful cat.
I love this. I really needed this smile, too. George had a rough couple of days. I explained it on my blog. Scary. I wrote a story, but didn’t get it typed up. I hope to use it in the future. I am ready for the next one. Hugs.
I was sorry to read about George’s bad reaction. Good to know he is recovering and back to being the dude. Dolly was a great cat. Sweet, sassy and spoiled.
Thank you for, sharing Dolly with us! What a sweetie!
