I had a really bad dream last night.
It was awful, and so
to Teddy, I held on tight
And I did not let go
There’s nothing my bear and me can’t fight!

I love this! I have a bear… Toothpaste Bear. My godfather gave him to me when I was born so he will be 66 soon. He sits on the couch in the living room… 🙂 I have a small bear collection. Toothpaste Bear made the blog under “Stuff”… 🙂 You gave me a big smile this morning!
My bear is falling apart and is in a shoe box in my closet. He was a wonderful friend.
This is so cute. I still have a big fluffy bear that sits on a chair in our bedroom. He is not from my childhood but given to me years ago. Thank you for visiting the Tuesday Chatter Cafe.
I have a big brown bear on the bed in the guest room. My childhood bear is in a shoe box in my closet. Sadly, he is falling apart but still my Guy.
OH I loved this! Thanks Patricia!
It was fun to write. It’s just how I felt about my bear when I was a little girl.
I never had a special bear, but you certainly captured the feelings of a little one! Very cute poem, my friend. I hope you are having a good Summer! Hugs.
I still have “my Guy”. He was given to me the day I was born. He is in a shoe box in my closet mostly fuzz-less and falling apart now. When I die I want him to be buried with me.
