1. My next birthday will be one with a zero. Those are special birthdays.
2. Fireworks are fun to see but dangerous and I appreciate the professionals who know how to display them safely.
3. This week, I am thankful for the help correcting the mistakes made with my cabinet order and that it was not my mistake so will be fixed at no charge to me.
4. Freedom is something I am thankful for and try not to take it for granted but often do because I have never known life without it.

I apologize for my lateness in responding. Although I read posts last week, with Chloe Jo in the hospital, it has been difficult. I feel behind in everything, but Chloe Jo comes first. As I write this, she is back in the hospital for observation and more tests. Thanks for understanding. I wrote something for “Vows”, but never got it posted. I hope to be back this week. HUGS.

I bet your new cabinet will look very nice. I’m envious. I like the big fireworks shows, just not the fireworks that are set off by people in their neighborhoods. I try not take freedom for granted either, but I’ve been very blessed my whole life always having it.
I feel the same about fireworks. There are several nice shows here and one I can see without leaving home. There are lots of neighborhood fireworks that are kinda scary but I stay away from them. I cannot imagine living without the freedom we have here…hopefully, we will always live in freedom.

There will be pictures when the kitchen is ready hopefully next month. I can see the fireworks from my balcony and they are always great.

Sadly there was an explosion at a local fireworks manufacturing plant locally. One worker was severely hurt. First accident in 20 years. Yay for your kitchen project. Hope the error doesn’t delay it.
Fireworks are dangerous even for people who know what they are doing. Sorry that there was an accident near you. Hope the hurt worker will have a full recovery. The kitchen error has delayed it and there was a surprise when the old cabinets came down that has to be dealt with. It will all come together…I just have to be patient.
So glad the cabinet order mistake will not be an additional charge to you. Hoping the cabinets come quicker than expected and your kitchen is finished up so that you can enjoy it! Hope you get to spend some time on your balcony today! Good Morning!
I am so ready for the kitchen redo to be over. I am not good with messes and not having things organized but I am trying to relax and let it be. I did get some time on the balcony in the morning but afternoons are a bit too hot to sit out there.
