Thank you for an interesting challenge. May I leave a submission here?
Cooking al-fresco, I knew how to skew meat on bamboo.
I knew how blue was an unpalatable chew.
Yet hangi was all new, what was I to do?
“To solve the riddle of the griddle,” she said,
“Simply turn on the barbeque.”
I’ll look forward to reading more entries as they arrive.
