Friendly Fill-Ins, Week 65
- Meetings should be short and sweet and include food.
2. Rules are guides, they are not meant to be prison sentences.
3. The best time to sleep is after you turn off the alarm.
4. I have learned most of my lessons the hard way.

Laughing at #1… FOOD for sure! So true about the best sleep after the alarm clock goes off. #4… yep.
Food is always an incentive for me to attend…anything. When I worked I would sometimes set the alarm on my day off just so I could turn it off and go back to sleep. 🙂
I love your style. I have learned much by watching others learn theirs the hard way. Really.
I call Bill to make sure that he is awake, up and getting ready to drive his truck. I am his backup alarm. He usually drives at night. So, I sleep after I call him. In the morning, we talk because he likes to know I am okay. Check and balance, of sorts. I agree about rules. They should be looked at as positives. If things change, change the rules as a whole: don’t just break them. HUGS!
It’s nice that you and Bill say good night and good morning even when apart. Sweet ritual. I spent a few years as a rule breaker hence learning lessons the hard way. I’m still a quiet rebel just a bit more disciplined.
I love your answers and the great pics to accompany them! Have a great weekend!
Thanks. Can’t go wrong with pictures of cats.
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. If meetings were all short and had food then I wouldn’t mind them 🙂 I do get my best sleep after I hit snooze 🙂 Have a great weekend!
Maybe we should have a double alarm so one goes off just a couple of hours after we go to sleep and one set for the real get up time. Then we could turn off the first and sleep like it was the snooze button we pressed until it is really time to rise and shine.
