Sparks 2
Putting on the positive and adding some light to the world.
“If I were given the opportunity to present a gift to the next generation,
it would be the ability for each individual to learn to laugh at himself.”
Charles M. Schultz
I think this would be a great gift!

So true, Patricia. You selected the perfect quote, and I love the kitty picture.
Thanks. Did you know there is a cat for every and any post? I aim to prove it with my blog. 🙂
Great idea! I look forward to it.
Patricia,
Charles Shultz passed on the gift of laughter through his Peanuts comic stripe but he’s so right, we’d be better off if we learn how to laugh at ourselves instead of being miserable or embarrassed or whatever. Life is too short to take too seriously! Thanks for the “Sparks”!
I agree we need to laugh at ourselves. Life is serious business that needs some laughter to balance it.
A so true quote!
We might as well laugh at ourselves it keeps us sane and drives other people crazy.
That is such a good quote and a funny kitty picture.
I think cats teach us to laugh. We think we are laughing at them but I think maybe they get the last laugh.
That is a great spark!
Thanks!
Oh, yes, absolutely! In fact, I call myself a dork. Charles Schultz was a hero for the Charlie Brown’s of the world. Thanks, Patricia. Hugs. ❤
I have met lots of Charlie Brown’s but never met a Superhero. I like Charlie Brown folks because they are real.
I second that thought! :). One day a couple of years ago, I found myself heading down our sidewalk to the driveway with the laundry basket . . . .instead of going to the basement to the washing machine! Haha! Oh boy. Had to laugh! At least I didn’t put the laundry in the car and start it up, like a washing machine! Haha!
Sort of like putting the iron in the refrigerator…not that I have ever done that. 🙂
Yes! Sort of like that! Haha!
