We are at Z in the A to Z Challenge.
Not hard for me to find a topic using the letter z.
I will write about something I love.

It is an activity everyone, without exception, does.
Something very crucial to your well-being.
Without it or without enough of it life is not good.

It can be done most anywhere though discretion is advised.
It’s best in the dark but can be delightful in the sunshine.
You can do it alone or with one or more joining you.

It’s a natural thing to do.
Some do it better than others.
You feel better after unless it is cut short.

What am I talking about?
Remember this is a G-rated blog.
There are no X-rated posts here.

I am talking about sleep, of course.
The most wonderful exercise ever!
And no special training needed.

Be someone who gets enough but not too much zzzes.

  2. Woo-hoo! We did it! I am so impressed with you. The A-Z is easy, compared to Life. The minion needs constant care. Bee & Clyde help, though. Chloe Jo is not doing well. Chemo is not helping the lymphoma. Pain is becoming an issue. It wrecks me. And, May is difficult for me. Bring on June. Please let me know when you bring back a writing challenge. HUGS!

    1. Writing the A-Z is easy but I am about three weeks behind in reading and commenting. Sorry that you have been having a hard time of it. I will pray for peace in the midst of turmoil.

  3. Finally, it’s letting me comment. I’ve been chomping at the bit. I am so sad there aren’t more letters in the alphabet, even though you may be glad there aren’t, since you did all the heavy lifting. We just got to read being so moved and entertained.

    1. I don’t think the posts will become a book. That sounds like work and this writing stuff is just fun for me. I enjoyed the challenge and plan to join in next year. Thank you for your sweet comments and encouragement…means so much to me. Life has been “interesting”. I hope it’s over now and I will get back to visiting everyone!
