This cat makes me think of someone I knew.
Even in middle age his interests and actions were like a teenager.
I think he was afraid of growing old.
He didn’t know growing up doesn’t mean becoming like an old codger.
I guess he thought to be an adult meant boredom and monotony.
He didn’t know he could be mature,
have fun and play, be youthful and adventuresome.
He was an adultescent.
It was kinda sad.

That is cute.
😉
Absolutely true. It’s better to embrace every day as it is.
I agree, we only get one day at a time. Can’t waste it with too much yesterday and tomorrow thinking.
I’m old in years, but young at heart.
Have a fabulous day. ♥
Me, too!

So true – growing up doesn’t mean growing old. The cat pic is hilarious! Thank you for visiting the cafe.
I am old but I am not sure I am quite grown up which is okay with me. Just taking it one day at a time.
Oh gosh . . .it IS kind of sad, but somehow I am giggling just at how you wrote this!
Giggles are good!
