4. That is the truth. Most times gossip isn’t the truth!

   1. Gossip probably starts out with some truth but in the retelling of it gets messy.

      1. Often it is so distorted that you can’t figure out the true part but you are right. It starts out with a bit of true story.

   1. I never thought of gossip as social sewage before but that’s exactly what it is. Stinky no matter how sweet it sounds.

   1. Sometimes I fall into the gossip sewer unintentionally but it is still nasty. I am better at watching my words but still slip now and then.
