On Friday,
I write stories that are truth or tale.
Some stories will be 100% truth (or close to it)
others will be 100% tale.
Most will be a little bit of both.
You can decide where the story belongs.

Once a long long time ago
the day after tomorrow
The big chubby girl
a tiny old woman
Living in a very big house
with a thatched roof and one room
Was eager to meet her Prince Charming
again to be with the knight in shining armor
She was frightened by nightmares
sweet dreams made her sigh
Looking toward the future
remembering the past
Time moving so slowly
all the days and years flying by
Anxious to grow up and journey far away
quietly waiting to make her way home
Hmm…I’m here on the fence. You’re a very romantic sort so it could be true but then again, you have a first-rate imagination that could very easily combine the two…truth with a tale winking and wagging. I agree with Debbie…I love it no matter what. What’s that Jack? That’s your Mama? Don’t I know it…:)
You can get off the fence and simply enjoy my imagination.
I love your stories.
I think this cleverly woven story is a true tale of someone who has lived long and looking forward to her final journey to her Heavenly home. ♥️
Good to see you, Josie. It is a tale and totally made up in my little brain.
I love it, either way! :).
Happy you like the tale.
I think this is true. It mirrored my youth perfectly.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, Patricia. ♥
Maybe I channeled your world. In my world, this is a pure tale.
Me thinks this is a fairy tale but for some, it could be a true story. Anyway, it’s an interesting and mind-stirring tale.
You are right, it is a fairy tale but could be true. “Interesting and mind-stirring” made me feel good!
hm………. think this is a wishful fairy tale
Yeah but, wishes very often come true…:)
🙂
I don’t know if it is wishful but it is a tale.
