Monday Musings…

“I don’t think of all the misery,
but of the beauty that still remains.”
Anne Frank

What would Anne Frank have given the world had she been allowed to live?
The cost of hatred is high.
Sadly, people are still buying hate and its ugliness.
One can only imagine all the wonders that have been lost to its venom.
When will the madness end?

  1. This humbled me greatly. Whenever I think of Anne Frank, see those big brown eyes, I always take pause in remembrance of her. She was only 15 when she died of Typhus in Bergen-Belson concentration camp. Imagine how many more years we’ve all had next to her. Love the quote of hers. Thanks

    1. It is humbling to ponder those like Anne Frank. I doubt I would see the beauty of life in spite of the ugliness that surrounded her.

      1. I can’t even imagine being that pure in thought. With all I have, and let’s be honest, on a not so great day, we are still so monumentally blessed, I still struggle to look at the good. Have to really be vigilant keeping it where it belongs…front and center.

  2. That’s why I do happy stuff on my blog. I want happy.

I linked this post to Awww Mondays.

Have a fabulous day and week. ♥

  3. I agree with, Sadje, people are quick to judge and hate. It’s unfortunate and sad. I feel the biggest flaw for mankind is hate.
