Pooh has a great attitude. We should have the same but we don’t live in Pooh’s world. He lives in a happy and loving world where no matter what today brings it always ends up wonderful and there are sweet dreams. Pooh’s world is fiction where all ends well and everyone lives happily ever after.
Our world is not a place of fiction, though there are those that would like us to believe their fiction is truth, and all does not end well with sweet dreams to follow. Still, we should try to have a good attitude. But there are things that just get in the way. Some of the things that get in the way of my good attitude and don’t make for favorite days in my life;
- Sometimes I don’t see what others see when looking at the same things
- Sometimes I don’t hear what others hear when listening to the same things
- Some things I think are right others think are wrong
- Some things I think are wrong others think are right
- There are people I like that others don’t
- There are people I don’t like that others do
- I don’t love or even like some people
- Some people don’t love or even like me
That’s just the way it is. I am trying to be more understanding. But it is a bumpy road.
This day is the only one we have
It may not be a favorite
Let’s make it the very best we can

I have to tell you just how much I loved this. The innocence of it, the way it flows, how you teach a noble lesson while softly entertaining us, like the teacher you are.
You remind me to include gratitude in our mixed bag of emotions. Right now I’m mewling over a decision I made feeling it was the best thing for me, letting go of the financial part of it. Came down to peace or money, I chose the former. I guess having choice is something to be grateful for.

Having choices is something to be thankful for but it is not always easy to have to make a decision. You are a wise woman to choose peace over money…money cannot buy peace or happiness.

Yep, we are in the real world and it is not always fun. We may not have Pooh’s attitude but we can have a good one no matter what the day brings.
