What is a road trip you would love to take?

I went on a few road trips back in the day when I was young.
Had lots of fun, too. But these days I am happiest at home.
So truthfully, there are no road trips in my future.
Of course, I am known for changing my mind from time to time.

My wanderlust has been grounded as well, preferring the peace of home where I can just be quiet and contemplative, remembering when life was younger with stars in my eyes. If I were to take a road trip, it would probably be to a historic spot like Gettysburg or Monticello, my idea of excitement by way of enlightenment.
I am not surprised that you would opt for a road trip to a historic spot. I am a homebody. It is where there is comfort and peace.
And you can’t beat that. 🙂
That’s an impressive goal, and I’ll look forward to reading all of them. 🙂
Well, I’ve done 3! And I am going to try to write every day. Some days will probably be late in the afternoon, but I figure if it is in the 24-hour time frame, it counts.
Just remember, you have the gift of the economy of words. You hit homers always, with so few of them. 🙂
I am happiest at home, as well!
In my mind and heart, it’s the best place to be.
I like being comfortable at home too.
To me, it is almost like heaven but on earth.🤗
The best feeling.
Our big road trips these days are to the Vet place or the humans going to the doctor!
I think road trips are supposed to be adventures of some sort. Hope the new year is a healthy one for y’all, and the vet and doctor visits are just for yearly check-ups.
