Who is someone that inspires you and why?
I have a couple of people who inspire me.
They aren’t well-known famous people,
but they are inspiring!
These people are strong, courageous, and trustworthy. There is an abiding faith in them that is more than a Sunday habit. They give of themselves freely without expecting or wanting anything in return.
Though they have more than their share of troubles, there is no sense that they feel burdened or that life is unfair. Being with them, seeing their smiles, and hearing their laughter, despite what is happening in their worlds, humbles me. I am thankful they are a part of my life.
They inspire me to be a better me.

It’s good to have role models.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, Patricia. ♥
Yes, it is. We all need good examples in our lives to keep us moving in the right direction.
Thank you, Paul!
My pleasure Patricia.
…abiding faith…like that phrase since it’s rare these days to have it with all that’s going on.
I’m afraid the people I admire most are all gone, inspiring from the ether, like my friend Jackie, a painter whose roses grace my bedroom walls.
I’ll echo Judith by saying, I’m glad you have people like this in your life.
And of course there’s Teddy to admire for his fortitude towards his new sister. 🙂
People who inspire us are gifts that never leave us. They may not be here, but the memories of their love and encouragement never leave us.
That’s the finest desription of a legacy I’ve heard.
I am glad you have people like this in your life. I am sure you are equally inspiring to others
I am not sure I have the gift of inspiring others. But I try to be a good friend.
Such people are so inspiring.
They really are. Everyone needs people like them in their lives.
Yes, we do. And have good people too emulate in our family and friends is way better than setting up a role model who is remote, like a celebrity or a historical figure
You are so right!
Sounds like some truly wonderful people.
They are wonderful! I am blessed to have them a part of my life.
