What book is next on your reading list?

I just finished Mercy by David Baldacci. I have never been disappointed with a book by Baldacci, and this book was no different!
Last night I started The Woman with a Blue Star by Pam Jennoff. It is the first book by this author I have read, and it will not be the last. It is fiction, about two girls in Germany during WWII. One is a Jew in hiding with her parents. The other lives with her stepmother, her father died while serving in the German army.
Next on my list is The Boys by Ron and Clint Howard. It is a memoir about their family and lives in Hollywood.
Reading is my favorite thing to do!

Wonderful Patricia. Currently I am reading Autobiography of a Yogi
Historical Fiction, especially that set during WWII is my favorite genre.
I am reading, The Woman with the Blue Star by Pam Jenoff. It is about two girls in Germany during WWII. I like it and will read more by Pam Jenoff.
I too love to read, my favorite pastime. I’m just finishing up The Murrow Boys by Stanley Cloud and Lynn Olson about E. R. Murrow and his band of war correspondents during World War II. I’d like to get a biography on him he’s dazzled me so. I never read Balducci. Will have a look-see. 🙂
I rarely read nonfiction. I have a memoir by Ron and Clint Howard to read when I finish what I am reading now.
I hear that’s good. 🙂
Going to start it tonight. I’ll let you know what I think.
I like Ron Howard. He’s a gentleman.
I’m currently reading Ellis Peter’s (pseudonym for Edith Pargeter), Cadfael series (right now I’m on the Sanctuary Sparrow). She wrote 20 Cadfael novels between 1977 and 1994. These are sometimes credited for popularizing the historical mystery. I am interested in that period in British History and the books are terrific at describing the current events and culture of that era.
I like mysteries, but I rarely read historical mysteries. I will look up the Cadfael series and maybe download one, to my Kindle. Of course, I will have to start with the first.
I’m reading Mercy right now. I love Atlee. I just started the book though and I hope she finds her sister. Don’t tell me…
Have a fabulous day, Patricia. ♥
Have you finished, Mercy? What did you think of it?
I just started reading it a couple of days ago. She’s in daddy’s digs and has use of the plane and car. Living large right now. 🙂
👍
I don’t read nearly enough and I haven’t read too much since Vince Flynn died.
I think you need to read David Baldacci.😊 His books never disapppoint.
I like David Baldacci too and currently reading A Gambling Man.
I have read most of his books and enjoyed every one.
There were a couple I couldn’t get into, but Last Man Standing had me running with him at the end. I don’t read as much as I used to.
Now that I am retired, I read a lot! It’s my favorite thing to do.
Enjoy. I used to be an avid reader, but not so much now. Hoping that might change a little this year
