I love x-rays and MRI’s and CAT scans.
Not necessarily having them taken
and I have had my share “pictures” taken.
I just like to see them. I always ask to see mine.
I have lots of questions and sometimes the doctors will answer them
but usually they don’t want to take the time.
When I had an MRI of my shoulder the radiologist
let me see the images and explained what was on them.
A broken arm and torn rotator cuff.  Painful but fascinating to see.

This is an x-ray of a flower.
xrflowerEven it is interesting and beautiful.
I was going to put a picture of a person’s x-ray but
thought maybe some people wouldn’t appreciate that graphic.

If I had known how interesting this part of medicine is maybe
I would have gone to medical school and become a radiologist.

w4pI love hot soapy water.

Bubble baths are the best.
Whatever may be bothering me
be it physical, mental, or emotional
a hot bubble bath makes everything better.

Hot showers are good, too.

Not quite the same as a bubble bath,
but a great quick fix for a tired achy body.

I even like to wash dishes.

It is kind of relaxing to wash dishes
and it’s a good time to just ponder life.
I will admit that I am very glad that I have
a dishwasher so doing dishes by hand
never becomes a daily chore.

Just give me some hot water and bubbles and I am happy.

Hello Everyone,
I have exciting news for you!

I have been
When Mama adopted me she told me I would have a big brother, Teddy.
She also told me that it would take him awhile to get used to having a sibling.
She said for some becoming a big brother was difficult and little brothers had to be patient.
I have been patient!  Very patient!

I was beginning to think Teddy would never accept that Mama adopted me.
But it seems even the stubbornest of cats eventually come around to the facts of life.

Teddy has agreed to share Mama’s bed.
And he understands that not all the toys are just for him.
Okay, the banana is his, but the rest we share.

We play tag. It’s great fun.
First Teddy chases me then I chase him.
Sometimes we wrestle.
Wrestling is fun too except when Teddy forgets it’s a game
we play for fun not to beat each other up.

Teddy is learning how to be a good big brother
and that makes me a successful little brother.

The only thing that counts is to never, ever give up.”
