  2. Have you done any Christmas baking?

Celebrating the Small things today.

  • Secret Santa gift from a co-worker. A bag with chocolates, Chai tea and a mug,  and foot cream with soft fuzzy socks.  Love it!
  • Broccoli and mushroom cheese quiche for supper that was the best. And I made it!
  • Went to the Condo Christmas party.  The decorations were simple and lovely,  the food was delicious and the conversation interesting and fun.

It was a good week!

Had a dental appointment that went very well.
I do have to go back for a filling, but it’s no big deal.

Going to and from the dentist I took the bus.
It was No Fare Day!
The bus fare isn’t much but still what a nice surprise.

The hot and humid weather has gone.
The mornings are refreshing with cool fog that covers the city.

 And now to
Celebrate The Small Things

This week I was treated to lunch by a friend.
We don’t get to spend much time together
and this was a special surprise treat.

Work was crazy busy this week but all went well
and lots got done. That’s a great feeling!

And now on to
Celebrate The Small Things

Still too hot but not in the upper 90’s so I took walks longer than a couple of blocks.
It has been weeks since I have had a good long walk of an hour or so.
I look forward to getting back into the routine.
Why is easier to get out of the routine than it is to get back into it?

I have the best friends always willing to help me out
and this week was no different.

A co-workers kids came to work with her today.
To have something to do her son made us rubber band bracelets.
So cute.
