What’s your favorite meal to cook and/or eat?

One of my favorites is “my” chicken salad. So far everyone I share it with loves it.
I don’t remember where I found the recipe but I’m glad I did! it’s a winner for sure.
Here’s the recipe:
Bake skinless chicken breasts seasoned with Nature’s Seasoning
While still warm cut up into small chunks
Add cranberries and walnuts
Mix in a generous amount of mayonnaise (I use Vegan mayonnaise)
Voila! All done
The salad can be served just as a dish or as a sandwich.
My favorite is with a croissant but bread is okay.
