2. I truly loved this because it describes exactly how I feel…mourning a love that’s over, more alive in my grief permitting it to leave than if feeling no love at all. sigh

   1. Your response breaks my heart. I believe the purpose of grieving is to heal and prepare one to be revived and fully alive again in spite of grief. I don’t think to be more alive in your grief is meant to be.

      I hope I haven’t offended you, Susannah. Please understand my words are my thoughts and feelings and though they may differ from yours it doesn’t mean I think you are wrong…we are just in different places of life.

   1. When I am alone and empty I often look to food to feel better…sometimes physically and sometimes emotionally.
