Friday hops…

Friendly Fill-Ins,  Week 43

  1. My favorite herb or spice is…since I can’t think of any I like more than others I guess I don’t have a favorite.

2. An herb or spice I dislike is…again I can’t think of one. I know I don’t like some of the stuff that is in Indian dishes but then I don’t care for Indian food.

3. Lately, I have been working on getting organized. My files, paper and digital, are a mess! I also need to organize my blog stuff. I get behind because my thoughts are so scattered and I get discouraged. When that happens I tend to shut down and sit down with a book.

Do you see a trend here?
I really don’t have a favorite candy. But it must be chocolate.
If it’s chocolate I love it!

  1. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, I always enjoy your answers. I know what you mean about shutting down when overwhelmed with stuff to do. Have a nice weekend.

  2. I am finding as I get older that I am developing allergies to many spices. Lemon Pepper is one I do like on about everything, and cilantro tastes like soap to me, so I definitely don’t order or make foods with that in it! I have the same problem as you with staying organized, photos, documents, blog ideas, a jumble and I also shut down and ignore it when I feel overwhelmed. I envy people that can maintain order, it certainly feels more peaceful when we have that. I’m working on it bit by bit… some days 😉

    1. My desk and workstation at work was always neat and tidy. I have no idea why I find it so difficult to stay on track at home.

    1. The thing is getting organized is a lot of work and it getting messy is so easy. I need an assistant to do the not fun stuff like filing.

  3. I feel the same as you regarding #3. My files are a mess and not very conducive to getting things done. It makes it very easy to procrastinate when things are no organized. Best wishes to you on that!

    Have a blessed weekend. 🙂

    1. Haven’t started on the files but as tax time is here it will have to get done. I am usually pretty good keeping things neat but when I get lazy it all becomes a mess. Have a happy week, Suzanne.

      1. I have been working on my files a little..a very little…at a time. I have a long way to go. I know it would be easier to be organized at the onset, but being lazy seems easiest at the time, doesn’t it? 🙂 I hope that you have a happy week, too, Patricia. Thank you.

  4. I am right there with you! I like spices and herbs. It is a matter of how they are used. It seems I am always sorting and reorganizing! I get one thing right and have to re-do another! “It’s always something.” ~ Roseanne Roseannadanna
Thanks for being a part of my world, my friend. I appreciate it. Hugs.

  5. I am right there with you today! I like all spices and herbs. I think it is a matter of how it is used. It seems I am always reorganizing or such. I get one thing the way I want it and something else needs help. “It’s always something.” ~Roseanne Roseannadanna

  6. Oh, my…I am right there with you today! I like most herbs and spices. I cannot think of any that I don’t. It depends upon how it is used and in what. It seems I am always reorganizing. I get one area going well, and then re-think another. I really need to fix some things on my blog, too.
